Help Needed: Focssing My Folder

Here's another one from the Zeiss Ikon 520, more or less properly focused this time.

This is what my shutter/lens assembly looks like (6x9 530/2):

Red dot(s) - and on the opposite side of the barrel, the focusing mark )the triangle mark between ZEISS and IKON), and the focused distance when the red dots line up.

I believe the red dot on the focusing ring probably marks your hyperfocal distance. If you line that red dot up with the silver arrow (between Zeiss and Ikon), and line up the f/stop indicator with the other red dot (the one between f/11 and f/16), you can shoot objects that are reasonably close to you quickly, without focusing.

Yes, I know now - I had a hard time figuring that one out 🙂. I just didn´t manage to make it clear/understandable - even to myself - when I posted. Must have been lack of caffeine or something. Thanks for pointing it out!
