Help needed identifying a photographer...

There is an famous BW image picture taken in the 70's of a Go Go Bar on a corner with a bus stop in front. There was an old woman in a house dress in front waiting for the bus.

I can't recall the photographer. If someone can tell me, it would be greatly appreciated.
