Just received a Lovely Zorki ! with rigid I 22 .
It's all in excellent restored condition , but the apertuure ring is so loose that it rattles - and , of course won't stay where it's placed !

Is this a simple fix - or do I have to send it to Siberia - 3 to 4 months round trip !!!

My 1947 Leica IIIc awaits anxiously for it's '' new '' lense !

Dee, Maizenburg warns that "a small number of Zorki cameras were equipped with the Indutar 22 lens in a rigid (non-collapsible) mount. This design is complicated and it is not recommended to disassemble the lens... the non-collapsible mount has several threads [,] two of which are multi-entry. Its assembly requires certain skill".

Looking at his diagram, it woulld seem that disassembly is required in order to perform a repair, which suggests professional attention.

All the best, Ian
