I don't know why I find it so difficult to find the market price for Leica stuff in general.
But now I am interested in a private sale of a Leica M6 Titanium and a Summilux 50/1.4.
Can anybody point me the right price for those two. Together or separate.
Thank you all.

Did you try eBay? I know the prices can vary (even wildly) but at least it'll give you an indication. Also, check out the websites of camera shops. No need to pay more from a private seller if you can get the same thing from, say, B&H, for less.

You might also try the RF sponsors. Several of them sell new Leica's, and used ones are not scarce. After some checking to find a dealer you are comfortable with, and email can find current pricing, and maybe a very satisfactory price.
Another option is always places like KEH, if in the US. For a shooter, a bargain grade Leica can be a great deal cheaper than a "minty". Ebay is, of course, a crap shoot. All you can be sure of is that the seller is probably offering a camera, rather than a vase. Cosmetics and functionality seem to take a back seat to glowing adjectives in many descriptions. I prefer simple words and good pics...

Thank you for your advice. The thing is that I am not a collector. Just a guy affected by some GAS. I allready have some FSU's, Canonet, Bessa and 2 digital Epsons. But, yesterday I had a first encounter with a real Leica. An M7 in a shop.
The only problem is that I live in Romania. And because of that it is very difficult to buy something like this. I purchased gear from cameraquest.com and leicatime.com. But most of the sellers becomes somehow intimidated by a romanian buyer, because a lot of crocks and scams come from here. And I can understand them. But for me the problem is there. Is difficult to buy something from internet. I have to dig to find something here.
I found some early LTM Leica's, but I was looking for an M type. My two options now are:
1. Pay 4000 Euro for a band new Leica M7 with Summicron 50/2
2. Pay 2000 Euro for a Leica M6 Titanium with Summilux 50/1.4
One other thing, the Titanium version was ever in other maginification than 0.72?

My Leica M Lens guide
http://antiquecameras.net/leicamlenses.html
has the late model Summilux at $ 1250 USD for excellent condition.
the Titanium M6 does carry a premium over the regular M6, but I'd say $ 1400-1600 USD in a private sale in clean, excellent condition.
Good luck

M6TI $1500 USD. Lux? Depends on age/model. Early $600-750 USD, late model $1000-1250. Hopefully, a little discount in order for kit purchase.

Hi Stefan,
I was NOT "intimidated", at all, as you have seen !
I have several M6 Titanium, but only NEW, UNUSED...
The less costly, being it without the Official Italian warranty,
may be offered at Eur 2.000 - NEW . How many around ?
Ciao, Luigi
