Would RFF please delete ALL my messages? I've tried a zillion times, but no success.

You went to the bottom of your Inbox and then Outbox, selected your messages, and then at the bottom in the move to menu chose Delete and then clicked Go?

I click on "Private Messages" and a page pops up and says" Folder Controls Inbox contains 0 messages.
You have 20 messages stored, of a total 20 allowed. (Empty Folder)". I've clicked on "Empty Folder", then a page pops up which says "Confirm Deletion Are you sure you want to permanently delete all items in 'Inbox'? I click on "Yes".
After this, I still get the same message "Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 20" ..........over and over again when I log in.

The message count includes "sent" items. You have emptied your inbox. Go to sent items and empty that as well.😉
