Help with 35mm lux asph

Hi all,

I recently purchased a chrome 35mm lux asph from another RF'er here and I need to get a cap for the lens hood as it was missing. I know the part number for the lens hood cap is 14039 but I have not been able to locate a retailer that stocks it. I know Popflash used to have these for $20 or so according to an old forum posting but as of late Popflash and B&H do not list a #14039 hood.

I'm wondering if anybody here knows a place to procure one of these I'd be most appreciative.

Where are you located? Any Leica dealer or distributor should be able to supply you with this part. If you are in the US send an email to someone like Rich Pinto at Photo Village or do a search on the Leica USA site for the dealer nearest you.

In any case, I do know that B&H carries these parts for about $40... IIRC.
