Hello, I just purchased a used Leitz Elmarit 135mm F2.8 the one with the eyes from ebay and have a question. Everything I have read says that the lens takes 55e mm threaded filters. But a brand new 55mm B&W skylight filter will not thread on to the lens.There are some bright silver threads on the other wise black threaded lens, does this mean I have to get the threads repaired to accept 55mm size filters or does this lens accept a non standard thread?
