Help with editing Gallery

I have tryed to find away to delete individual photos from my galley but I guess I am not galley savy enough to figure it out.. all could find was to delete albums and I did not want to delete the hole albums... Anybody... HELP!!!! :bang:

 

[back alley]

go to the pic you want to delete
at the bottom of the pic you should see this
'Admin Options: Edit Photo · Hide Image · Make Album Thumb · Make Sticky'

hit edit photo - at the bottom there is a provision to delete the pic.
