Help with IR

I have been given quite a few rolls of Rollei IR400 film. I could use advice on developing the rolls. What developer is best, and any tips on using it would be great. I will be buying the developer from one of the suppliers in NYC, so it has to be something that is legal to ship!

Assuming you are going to use the film for IR photography and use a IR filter. I've used R09 One Shot or Rodinal as a developer, 720nm filter, EI 6-12 (bracket!), Rodinal 1+50, 20C, 12 minutes.

It's also a very nice film for normal daylight photography without any IR filter. In that case I'd shoot it at EI200 and use Rodinal 1+25 for 7 minutes.

This is with a IR filter and @ EI 6:
