Help with my loose Nippon Kogaku 5cm F2

Hi Folks

I'm a recent proud owner of a Nikkor-HC Nippon Kogaku Tokyo 5cm 1:2 LTM... in need of a little TLC

I managed to clean the haze out from the back element, now the glass is great, except for some cleaning marks on the front but I can live with that.

The trouble is that the whole barrel feels loose, and there is a little give when I focus or change aperture. I'd like to give it a clean an lube inside. Does anybody have a link to a disassembly guide? I can't seem to find one myself....

I have this lens as well. Luckily, I have never had to disassemble it, but I think you'll be quite happy with the results that it produces. Congrats, and I hope you get it working the way you want.

Thanks for your best wishes. I stripped, relubed, and rebuilt, and apart from losing a tiny screw in a 3am frustration moment, and leaving out the ball bearing for the stop, it's as good as it's going to get. I also learned a lot about how lenses work and how important it is to not where things align as you strip. I also noticed built-in line-up marks... but only as I was putting in the last screw.
Glad i don't do this for a living!
