Help With URL for Profiling/Setup/Using VueScan

I've been using VueScan for the last month with a Nikon 9000ED and Epson V750. I was interested in improving my scans and scanning technique and was hoping that some of you could point me to "How to" articles related to profiling film, setting exposure and any other topics that would improve my scans. I'm presently 80/20 B&W/Color and 80/20 35mm/6x7
