Help: Zeiss Ikon Repair in Tokyo

My ZI is eating through batteries, so I'm looking for someone in Tokyo who can repair it. Ideally, I'd like to drop it off to Cosina, if they have an office in Tokyo. Does anyone know who can do this?

I usually travel to Japan once a month, so I can go back and pick it up as well. Want to avoid the hassle of exporting and importing the camera, as well as the cost of transport.

Cosina has a small office in Tokyo, but they don't accept repairs there. And you'll most likely find that shops in Tokyo won't be very cooperative unless you purchased your Zeiss Ikon from them. So your best bet is posting your camera directly to the Cosina repair center in Nagano Prefecture (address in Japanese below). They're pretty flexible so if you call and explain your situation they should be able to work around your schedule.

If you call, you will no doubt get a very helpful gentlemen that will tell you what you need to know (assuming you speak Japanese). Their service is awesome and affordable. The caveat is that they take their time. Generally you take it in, they give it a once over and return with an estimate which takes about a week. From then, it can take 4-6 weeks. Mine needs servicing and I'm in the US now. Debating sending it to them on my next trip, then having a friend send it back. Probably not worth it though.
