Over 2 months ago I ordered from Henry's, Canada a Pentax A 77mm f/1.8 LIMITED.
They have a manual credit card check - you have to send scans of your card and statement.
I had recently had my wallet stolen, and my card was a new replacement. I explained this to Hernry's, and sent alternative verification (screenshot of the online statement) which they said should be fine - "we'll contact you within the week if we need anything else, otherwise presume your order is on the way - also, its a specail order product, it may take 6-8 weeks"
I've been sat here drooling with anticipation for 8 weeks!
Sent an email last week to see if it was on its way.......
😡 "You didn't send us the credit card information we stipulated!!"
How have your Henry's purchases gone? Should I try again or forget it?
