hey guys,
here are some shots from my new lens! i really like the build quality and handling of the lens, and what its done on black and white film, can't wait till tomorrow to collect the slides i send in for processing

That second to last one is great. You should be pleased when you get the slides back; the hexanons have great color rendition, warm and very smooth. I don't shoot much color through mine, but I'm always pleased when I do.

i just got my slides back today and i'm pretty happy with what i see:
really like the bokeh i get from the lens! after comparing similar pictures taken by the hexanon and my 40mm nokton, i get the feeling that the hexanon is a tad less contrasty than the nokton, however the images seem to have more 'character', something i can't really put my finger on. and definitely better bokeh

I'm a big fan of the Hexanon. You've got some great pictures here. I especially like the B&W photo of the tourists and the colour portrait of the woman in the Polo shirt.
