Apologies if this has been covered before, but my attempts at searching in the forum and via google came up with nothing:
I'm very happily using a black Hexar AF at the moment, but am somewhat underwhelmed by the "grippiness" of it. I've been trying to find a replacement leatherette (I saw some of the non-black versions had nicer ones) - but found nearly nothing except one at cameraleather that apparently only fits the date back model. Does anybody know of other sources for new covering?

Aki-asahi has it for non-date version only, though strangely not listed on their English page:

Ooooh! Nice! I'm not a big fan of the black leather on my black Hexar AF. I'm going to do a leather conversion on one of my OM-1's to see if I can pull that off. If I can I'll probably get another leatherette for it. Thanks for the heads up

How about a source for the date version?

Cameraleather.com has one for the date version. Morgan wrote back to me promptly and also offered to send me a sheet of leatherette for the non-date back to cut myself. I will probably still go for the aki-asahi version, as I'm not sure how good my cutting skills are.
