Hexar AF silver "silent" ?

Friday question:
Can all Silver versions of the Hexar be "programmable" to be silent? I know all the black's are silent (if I read correctly).

I have the silver version and programmed it okay. Does make a difference but I think the camera is pretty quiet anyway.

I have a black databacked AF. In "Silent" mode, I can't hear the shutter, which was a bit disconcerting at first. The film advance is audible, but not nearly so much as normally. In a room of several talking people, I doubt anyone would notice it. In a room with several silent people, they would hear the film advance.
