Hi guys, i need your help,
Have a look on the picture below, it is a picture from an eBay listing. The listing was advertising a MB-20 battery pack for the Nikon F4.
The box says MB-20, the listing was saying the same. I bought it and when it arrived, it seems that it was the handgrip from the MB-21.
The seller is disputing that, he says that the battery pack on his own listing picture (the one above) is the MB-20.
Have a look guys and tell me, is it the MB-20 or the MB-21 ?

Doesn't matter what he says. Open a case for item not as described. He'll pay return shipping and you get a full refund. easy peasy

The MB-21 battery pack (back) holds 6 AA batteries, fires at 5.7 frames per second, has a socket to accept a mechanical cable release, has a socket to accept an electronic remote control, and has an extra shutter release that is useful when shooting in portrait orientation.
The MB-20 battery pack (front) holds 4 AA batteries and fires at 4 frames per second but sacrifices some of the MB-21 features such as electronic remote control socket and extra shutter release in order to reduce the size and weight.

eBay will protect you if what they sent is not as described and you don't want it. Follow their rules. open a case. You'll be protected.

This is what I have done but it seems so difficult to make the seller understand that he is selling a MB21 and not an MB20. Being unconvinced that it is the wrong item, he might try to sell it on to someone else.
