I am assuming you are looking for a specific model (information that I will not have/know) but it appears to be a replica of the Leicavit which I have attached to my Leica MP. A very useful accessory that I use regularly for rapid shooting without removing the eye from the viewfinder…

Yes, I have one too that is a match to the M4 type he has. He needs an ID on the one without the film tulip.
