Hey! Heads up, Agfa 200/24 $.75 per roll! :)

A few minutes ago I stopped into yet another Walgreens in the area and of course I surveyed the film situation.

They have 8-packs of Walgreens Studio 35 200/24, clearly identified on the top of the box as Agfa, going for $5.99, or about $.75 per roll! The price was pre-printed on the boxes, not just marked down on the tag on the peg.

I was beginning to think that film was going bibi for good, but this looks like fresh stock and there was quite a bit of it.

In comparison, the Kodak 200 was something like $8.99 for a 4-pack.

The Studio 35 200 135-24 is back to regular price at walgreens.com.
The 400 four-pack is now a dollar off, about $1.50 a roll.

I guess it's time to check out my local brick-and-mortar store...

And for the germans, Lidl has XRG200 36exp 2 rolls for 1.75 Euro

My local Walgreens still had the individual rolls of 200 speed for $1 a box. I picked up three when I had another rolls developed.
