They are in order and complete, just put your cursor over the thumbnail and the page number becomes visible...

Thank you for finding and posting this.
I do have a question about the text, though. Throughout the document, when talking about shutter speeds, there is the text "Vi". See for example page 4, center column, fourth line up from the bottom. I don't understand what "Vi" means. It appears that the "V" means "one over (1 /)" but I cannot tell what the "i" means.
