Hood for 28 ASPH

Does anyone know of another hood for the 28 asph? I didn't realize that this one was going to stick into the frame. Is there one that doesn't or a slotted one? I tried one of the old slotted round ones (two piece for filters) and it stuck into the frame also, before the slotted part.

On the M8, a few people have used the 35mm hood instead.

Does it stay out of the framelines?

The 28 elmarit and 35 cron use the same hood, so this would not be a solution.
