Horizontal streaks

Hi,

I'm having some problems when developing b&w negatives. Film I used was Kentmere 100. I attached 2 images, both of them have horizontal streaks which are easily visible in the even parts of the images. The shot taken inside is underexposed, but I wanted to finish the roll so I could develop it. That image just shows it really extremely. Image with the desk is developed using rodinal 1+50 and the another one is developed using D-76. Both times I had 2 rolls at the same time in paterson tank. Not all images on all of the rolls show the problem this severely.

These problems can be seen also on the negatives, so those are not from scanning. The agitation was really gentle, but if it would be bromide drag, wouldn't it be in different direction?

Edit:
It seems that the another image (outside) does not show the problem that well in as small of an image. And the another is of course portrait mode, so the streaks go vertically, but those would be horizontally in landscape image.

Let me try to shoot in the dark, residue chemical/mineral from the water left on film while hang dried?

Could still be uneven developing from insufficient agitation.

You might be right, I think I need to try using distilled water maybe. I used ilfotol wetting agent and dried using film squeegee though.

True, I need to experiment more with agitation.
