Prompted by a heated exchange (pun intended) between Blake Billings (Memphis) and myself on Facebook over the past 30 minutes about the merits of various hot sauces (Blake claimed that Dave's Insanity is hotter than the OC pepper spray used by the University of California campus police on the Occupy protesters; it's not; Dave's is a few hundred thousand Scovilles ... his hottest sauce, the Private Reserve is rated at 750,000 Scovilles, was a limited edition and cost $199 per bottle), I decided to pull out my stash for a group portrait. [Gosh damn, that's a hell of a run-on sentence I just typed! Paulfish, care to do some copy editing here?] Anyway, I discovered that my favorites are running low and it's time to replenish.
