How can I remove the ISO plate and shaft on the back door?

I want to remove three pins which holding the film ISO plate and back door shaft.
I don't know how to remove them.
So could you tell me how to remove them.



I believe they can be removed like below picture.

They look like rivets so you would have to drill them out.

Been there, done that- you have to drill them out and to put it back together it's easiest to glue it. With this experience in mind I'd consider leaving it in chrome (you are doing a re-paint and plate is in good condition).

If this is for a repaint - use masking tape!
