Canon LTM How did I do....

I just made my first purchase of a Canon lens on *bay for my Canon 7.

If anyone here has used this lens, I would sure like to see some results. I'm pretty new to this, so if I paid too much let me know. Sometimes it's hard to gauge *bay items or if I'm falling into the bidding trap. It sure is hard to pay more for the lens than I paid for the camera. Let your input rip.

i don't think you paid too much.
i've seen them sell for less but also for more.
the 135/3.5 has a great reputation so i would think you would be pleased with the results.

i had the older version, the f4 chrome 135 and it was very sharp, but big & heavy.
i sold it mostly because i hardly used that focal length.

I was high bidder, but below reserve, for this seller's 100/3.5 yesterday. The black version of the 135/3.5 is a little less common than the older chrome and does sell for more than it's sibling. I think you got a decent deal.

Sorry Rover..... When I was bidding on the lens, I was hoping that I wasn't bidding against someone who visits this site. At least the lens is going to a good home.
