How do I align the RF on a QL17?

I almost got the question answered in an older htread but not quite and it's now slipping down the board.

Also, here's the dumber question, now I have a battery in it, how do I turn it off? The lady in the store said just put the cap on.

It's off vertically. It's nothing that I can't live with but I wouldn't mind trying to fix it if I can.

Sorry Brian, what am I missing? What small hole, there seem to be a few of them.
