How do you start a new RFF poll?

Hi,

I tried to start a new poll by going to the forum called "RFF Polls" - I entered the number of poll options that I wanted, but could figure out how to define what those options were - like "Yes" or "No", etc.

Can someone instruct me as to how to do this?
