How I can relube Canon 50mm F/1.4 LTM?

How do you do?

Recently I got Canon 50mm F/1.4 LTM.
Gless are great without any problem and the picture taken by this lens are ok.

Only problem of this lens is that aperture ring and focus ring are too stiff.
So I want to disassemble and relube it.
( I have experience to relube and reshimm Jupiter-3 by myself.)

Could you tell me how I can this or where I can find mamaul or how to ?

The retaining ring holding the entire optical block is just inside the RF coupling ring.
