About 1 year ago I bought a FILCA film casette at ebay.
There was still a film in it.
Since I did know nothing about the film, I did a stand development with Rodinal 1:100.
It contains the official documents for a belgian - german marriage in the year 1965.
Except some spots, where the silver seems to be missing, the images where well preserved (and it is easy to read the letters in the documents) considering probably 47 year between exposure and development.

I just recommissioned my XA and it had a film in it. I had no idea how long it had been in there. The anticipation of waiting for the prints is one of life's great pleasures.
As it turned out they were from 2007. That must have been when I replaced it with a GR-D, my first digital camera.
They looked as if I'd taken them yesterday. Which says a lot for the fact that the camera was at room temperature for nearly 6 years.
Good old Portra 160
