How low can it go!

The prices of Tri-X 400 and Tmax 400 @ BH seem to be the lowest I have ever seen. Tri-X 400 $3.45, Tmax 400 $3.75.

Awhile ago Tri-X was at $3.75. Is this the lowest we will ever see?
