I got 19 on a 30,5m Kentmere 400 roll with my Alden. The first one was only 22 exposures but all others were 39 so with 36-exposure rolls that would have been 20 rolls.
Funny enough, with Kodak film its always been 18 full rolls plus 1/3 to 1/2 roll extra. With Fuji 100ft rolls its 20 rolls perfect, with maybe 4-6 inches extra.
Yeah, that's the conculsion that a few other news guys came to. Fuji Neopan was preferred because you could get a full 20 rolls instead of 18 plus that dreaded "short roll" which was always the last one in the bag just when you needed a full 36 exp roll.
