how many bags do you own and use

Four cameras four no name bags. Each bag holds the camera and it's associated stuff. I like to just grab and go and know I have whatever I need.

That's my ideal. I'm working toward it. But I like to bring a lot of stuff, including several Nikons that share lenses. So there's always some shuffling from one bag to another.

You really want to know how many bags I have? I have an embarrassment of bags:

I think I'm too heavy on Domke and Tamrac. I wonder if I need a Think Tank or a Timbuk2 to round things out?

I do use them for gym as well as to office though. Its tough to do without them 🙂

My shooting needs are pretty simpe. Two fixed lens cameras, two interchangeable lens cameras. On rare occasions I'll grab my tripod.

I'm pretty minimal.

I have a Pelican 1550 for my 8x10, one lens set-up.
And a Domke F-2 for everything else (typically an M6 TTL, 35 'Cron, Instax and Ricoh GR.

I kinda want something smaller than the F2 that'll just fit my M, some film and the GR.

5 and use 4 on more or less regular basis (Hadley pro, Lowpro Fastpack 250 and Slingshot 100 as well as old small Tamrac backpack that I don't even remember the model). But I use my Tamrac Expedition 7x only once or twice a year - too big and heavy. I just put there all the gear when I go on holidays and keep it in the car trunk.

Too many, can't remember all of them without a concerted effort.
And all of them are in use for one thing or another, mostly to store gear in.

What I carry on a daily basis changes based on what equipment I'm intent on using. The Sony Sling bag has seen a lot of use lately as it is big enough to lug around the Leica R8 and a couple of lenses. The Lowepro Teraclime 100 and Billingham Alice L2 for smaller kits and Polaroid cams. One of the two Think Tank Mirrorless Mover bags depending on whether I'm carrying the Sony A7 or Olympus E-M1. The Lowepro Passport Sling if I'm carrying the Hasselblad 500CM.

I have three, a timbuk2 messenger bag that holds all my stuff (three bodies plus lenses, plus I can strap tripod on), a mid-size bag (brand?) that holds two cameras and three extra lenses, and a small tamrac bag that holds one body and two lenses. All those bags will also hold quite a few rolls of film (especially the messenger bag).

In a lot of ways, the small bag with M3 + 3 lenses is the most practical outfit.

If I get a MF camera in the future, my whole scheme will be screwed up.

I have around 12 plus bags, or rollers. I primarily use three sizes of Domke, one Millar f-stop messenger and a mid-size Lowepro backpack.

I have a like new Billingham, which was a birthday present in 1983. It was my only bag for years. I no longer use bags that scream, "camera inside", but the Billinghams are amazing quality bags. My Billingham has been to a number of third world countries and never a problem.

I prefer the Billingham Hadley Small to their Leica version as the Hadley Small straps can be replaced where the Leica version are permanently fixed.

Four Lowepro's including a Slingshot and a Passport along with several smaller ones, a Tamrac Aria 6, a Domke Bug Bag 30 and a Pentax branded bag that works well with a 120 folder, a light meter and a couple rolls of film.

I also have several non-camera related bags that I occasionally use and a few hard leather camera bags that I never use.

Assuming the SQ-A is similar in size to a Hassy 500, yes. Adding the XP would not be a problem, but you might lose it in there!

Seriously, mine was so big -well, it was too big! I sold it on!
