I generally carry 4 on my person,a MInox IIIs, A Minolta 16 II, a Olympus XA2, and an Iphone 4 with many camera applications. I mostly use the IPhone 4 for it's light meter app. PhotoMaster Pro.

Also I usually have another 4 or 5 camers in the trunk of my car.

What do you carry?

In the past I carried a pair of minox AXs absolutely everywhere one with home cut ISO800 fuji color the other with kodak BW400CN.
Nowadays its the iphone in pocket and a GRD IV in the bag ( plus more on photographic outings )
I miss the old days.

w00t! that's amazing. 🙂

personally I always strive for carrying as little as possible. I try to go for a single body and a single lens at a time. I don't always manage that choice though and bring more, but 9/10 times I always end up using a single body and lens per "session" - be it just a walk or something more specific.

One, only. I can't imagine being festooned with more than that, even if I was a professional on an assignment. I'm talking cameras, not phones and computers that take digital captures. I went to Europe with one Canon rangefinder and 2 lenses. That's why you select a reliable camera that does what you mostly do. I suppose I could carry a Nikonos too, just in case I fall into water and want to take a quick underwater shot. Sheeze.

Sinar slung to the left calf, Nikon F2 in the hip holster, a RZ67 under the left arm, a Contax IIIa under the right. Minox B in the knife pocket and, in case all others fail, a Pentax 110 adhesive-taped to my back. I mostly use the camera built into my Nokia dumbphone, though...

I've got many...amongst which 19 Leica's (yes, I'm a collector..), but when I go out I carry only one at a time, and with only one lens. Carrying more works contra-productive, at least for me.

My iPhone is with me all the time for communications. I often forget it has an excellent camera in it, tho. It is rare that I carry more than one other camera.

Your signature reminded me that I really ought to take out one of my Minox cameras and shoot a roll of film. Once I'm finished with the roll in the CL, I guess ... 🙂

I usually have two cameras in my bag, one loaded with b/w and one loaded with color... if I am planning on taking photos. Otherwise I generally just have one (cheapy) left in the car, usually with b/w loaded in case I see something interesting when I wasn't planning on seeing anything interesting.

Seriously, I'll only carry cameras when I need them. Which may effectively mean EDC for stretches of time when I'm doing a photographic diary project or something that involves a lot of walking to locations - mostly with one camera only, as I am not doing anything that needs quick changes between two lenses. But I do not heave around a camera just in case I should run into something worth photographing - I miss thousands of decisive moments every day just by being in the wrong location, so the odd one lost once in a while due to the missing camera can hardly matter either. Besides, I have found out that I have no use for photographs that have no context...

Minimum = 1
Maximum = 2 ... and I do not include my phone as a camera.

Plus one.

Been known to carry two Nikon F3's rigged with motordrives, two leicas, or two medium format cameras. Generally when I carry two cameras I have a wide FOV and a normal or tele on the second.

As a result, for a skinny guy I have a rather thick neck, and my right arm is almost an inch longer and is over developed when compared to my left arm due to carrying cameras. Now that my body is deformed I generally carry only one camera now a days.

While out and about at non photographic pursuits I always carry 1 camera, usually a Minolta 16II loaded with Eastman Double X. If I'm out for a walk with a film camera on purpose then I might have any of a number of cameras, but only one at at time. It could be an Olympus OM-1, Olympus Pen VF type or a Pen F reflex, a Fujica ST605n, Sears KS500, Ziess Nettar 6X6 folder, Zeiss Box Tengor, Kodak Tourist 6X9 folder, Yashica D, or even a Leica M4-2 with a couple of lenses.

There is a few more I like to dink around with. Can't let them sit on the shelf too long.
