For me, a lot depends on the shoot. I shot three rolls of Neopan in the M3 at a shoot last week with a really cool girl. She was very easy to photograph and consequently I got nearly 30 'keepers' from the three rolls. For me, that's great; exceptional even.
I also shot 4 sheets of 8x10 and got 3 keepers from those

I wasn't getting enough, so I started shooting double exposures exclusively-- I get a lot more keeps when you can't really tell what's going on

1-2 per roll I'd say.

I´m within the average, 1 to 8 in 35mm and 1 to 3 in 120.
That´s good for me.

I probably keep to many, and upload too many to my flickr account. But many of those are for sharing with distant family and friends, or to show characteristics of a particular camera.
As far as "keepers" that I would consider posting to the gallery here, more often than not, zero. Three or four if I had a particularily good session.

If I get one I am happy. On occasion it's zero. Other times it three or four and that's a wonderful day. Sometime things just are right some days and things fall into place. Sometimes I try too hard. It takes the right mind to see well. Jim
EDIT; I read once that Ansel Adams said that he got about 10 good photographs a year. This kind of information is comforting to know. Of course he was using a large format camera and was making fewer exposures than most people do with roll film cameras. Jim

The longer I shoot, the fewer keepers I get. That may be due to what qualifies as a keeper. When I first started, a keeper was one that was pretty much in focus and could be made to print so you could determine the subject without a caption. That passed fairly quickly. Now I'm not satisfied unless I can come back to a print a month or a year later and still enjoy the moment.

In average, 2~3 shots per roll. Actually it really depends on how discipline I will be. If I try hard to get better pictures, then it may take few weeks to complete a roll. I am not patient. I like to click the shutter and get pictures back soon.
And the outcome is SIGH~~ (again)

Per roll? Maybe 0.25.

It depends on what you are doing. For landscape work, a fair few. For street/docu work, not too many.
It also depends on your quality threshold. Some of my keepers might be some or your trash or vica versa, even for the same image, so what does this tell us? I think it tells us it is immaterial. All that matters is that overall you achieve those goals and they will change over time.
