Basically 2, a 35mm and a 21mm always. Sometimes I'll add a 90mm or a 15mm but only one of them at a time. Its the same in MF with the Mamiya 7II, 65mm and 43mm.

I usually drive, not walk, so I take my whole bag in the front seat, so that means 6-10 (5-50mm) (2-28mm) (1-75mm) (2-35mm). I grab what I need hop out, shoot, hop in and drive away. :) But I'm usually driving around the lower Yakima valley so I like to have all my stuff just in case.

For the day - 2 (35/75 with a Bessa or 25/50 with the R-D1S)

For a trip, all of the above, plus a 21/4 (always) and 90/4 (sometimes)

great minds think alike... except I dont have a 21 or a 90! If I did it would be the 21 and the 35.

Most of the time I take just the 35, but if Im going specifically to shoot Ill bring the 15 also. I plan on getting a second M6 asap and with that Ill use a 28mm.

I actually own a CV Nokton 50mm. I know most people here seem to like 50mm lens but I just cant make it work for me (full frame FoV). Ive forced myself to take just the 50mm out a few times and all it does is make me frustrated. I have a CV 40mm on my Nikon FM3a and thats quite good; A 28mm is also good; my P&S is a Fujifilm Klasse W with a fixed 28mm, love it ...but just not one of those 50 things :D

Only one. Sometimes as many as two. Rarely more. I almost always shoot with a 50mm, but the other day I went out with only the 15 and the 85, and I had a blast!

I have lot´s of bodies and lenses but more and more I tend to take only one body and one lens with me when I go out - I take a lens with me that I think fit´s the purpose and tend to stick with that one....

When travelling I more often take two or three of course.

On a day trip - usually one lens/one body. The lens is usually a 35 or a 50.

When travelling - three lenses/two bodies. In the SLR world its 24/50/105, and in the RF world its 21/35/85 or 28/50/105.

When I go out just to photograph. I'll put three in my camera bag. When going out for a night or just walking around. I'll take two. During the summer when it's warm, some days I'll just take the camera with one lens on a strap and leave the bag at home.

One body one lens normally. Unless on a trip; now packing 35, 50 and 200 with an M4 body anticipating some work in Baltic Sea.

In recent trips I have been trying to keep things simple and compact. 2-3 lenses should do the job.

25-50-90

no more then 3 unless there's a very specific reason for more.
3 is a lot though, usually it's just a body and a lens and occasionally another lens in my pocket or bag.
