How much is the 50mm Heliar f/2 worth?

I've been offered a Bessa R2A (which I would like), but the owner only wants to sell it together with a 50mm Heliar f/2. I did the round of searching on eBay, but came up empty. Does anyone know what such a lens would go for on the used market? I would just like to know if the deal is decent or not. It is in exc+ condition with no marks on the glass or anything.

🙂 It is if you like the lens enough. For me, I sold it and kept Nokton 50/1.5.

I have not seen one sell for less than about $350...some go for $400. I really like mine, but not everyone does. You should check out some photos taken with it and then decide. Here's a link to the flickr group: http://www.flickr.com/groups/heliar_classic/

Thank you all. At the asking price, it would be worth the asking price of I could get $300 for the Heliar. But since it is a chrome camera and lens, I've decided to pass, and rather get the R3A - which is the one I really want.
