I have a Hektor 135 f4.5 in excellent condition, except that the lens has fogged. Someone once told me that the oil between elements has caused this. Is it worth repairing?

Also have a MR meter for M3. Does not work. Again, is it worth repairing? Thanks.

The Hektor is an easy fix and worth doing. The money spent on repairing the MR is probably better spent on a separate meter. Or film.

I have an MC meter that came with my M3. The only good thing it did was leave rubmarks on the top plate. This deformation lowered the price of the camera enough that I could afford it. I took off the meter(even though it still works) and never use it. I prefer a handheld one. I have a 135mm Hector and like using it. I would recommend using a lenshood with the Hektor.
