How scarce is the new 50mm Zeiss Sonnar in Nikon RF mount?

I was in Tokyo last week and spent a day shopping in the Ginza camera stores.

I saw a mint example, with box and papers, of the fairly recent limited edition 50mm f1.5 Sonnar in Nikon RF mount.

I bought a lot of stuff but didn't buy this one. Now I'm kicking myself.

How rare is this lens? I almost never see them for sale.

What, get it!

I saw one or two show up on ebay last year, both more expensive than the M, it was made for the Japanese market only, I believe.

Check the RFF archives for a prior discussion a couple of years ago. I believe that only 300 or so S-mount Sonnars were produced.
