How to attach Pictures to a thread?

I tried to attach 4 pictures to a tread I had

FS Kiev Black Camera

I could only get two to attach.

The ones that wouldn't attach were called up but never appeared when it was done. I did the same thing for them as the two that worked.

Is there some trouble or am I not doing something correct?

There are 2 ways. Upload here or insert image that is on another site:
To upload here:
1) click on the GO ADVANCED button.

2) Click on manage attachments.

3) Another window opens that lets you browse for the file on your computer and upload it.
