How to change ISO on R3A?

I finally made my plunge into Voigtlander rangefinder camera and hope to learn as much as I could 🙂

I have the ISO set to 200 in the dial knob and not sure how to change it to other ISO at all

The outer ring of the shutter dial has to be lifted and rotated in either direction to alter the ISO setting. 🙂
