How to check shutter + meter of Minolta 7sII

hi everyone,

I've bought a second-hand Minolta 7sII and would like to test both the meter and the shutter.

As for the meter, I thought I could check it against my other camera - an SRL with a 50mm/1.4 - but I'm not terribly sure on how I should proceed...through some sort of "conversion table", maybe?

As to the shutter...do you know of a method to test it?

...probably I should've been a bit more specific: the SRL is a Nikon FM3a - I suppose the metering system matters...
