Have not heard of a "seriel 72", but you originally listed 50mm, now you are listing 50cm (so a 500mm lens).

Maybe if you posted a picture of the lens, we would know what you are talking about and maybe could offer assistance.

It's a canon 50 1.4 Ltm serial 72328, sorry for "seriel" it has been a mistake.

I solved it with a WD 40's drop.

Tks

WD40 is a powerful solvent and can seep into the mechanism, bringing oil and dirt further into the lens assembly and optical cell.
 
I used it to remove a little bit of oxidation on the chrome part, I don't use it for internal parts.
It doesn't require internal cleaning, just on the black part needs a little.

I used it on my A7III....fantastic!
