How to find threads from old links?

I have lots of links to RFF threads using the old format like this:

https://rangefinderforum.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=XXXXXX

The new format for links is:

https://rangefinderforum.com/threads/TITLE.YYYYY

Is there any way of translating the link format, or otherwise finding these old threads?

I'm sure this was discussed around the time of the change, but my searches didn't find anything.
