Didn't find anything distinct and simple on this before taking it into my own hands (there's info out here but it's buried). To fix the barrel/lens assembly wobble that's a common problem in late model Summicrons (and maybe Summilux as well):
1. Take rear mount off (6 screws).
2. Take now exposed additional black spacer/ring off (no screws).
3. Use a spanner to tighten obviously loose brass ring.
4. Put it all back together.
Takes maybe 15 minutes max, and ensure you have a spanner with low enough profile to make it down to the brass ring without catching on the rear part of the lens. Optionally use clear nail polish on the rear mount threads.
