This one's a cheap plastic thing my wife picked up in a novelty shop in LA. The Cokin ones were probably optically a lot better!

I got one once in a Kinder Surprise, which was nice :)

I do like putting funny things in front of the lens. I've been through a patch where I was getting too hung up on quality - something I hardly ever thought about when using film. Digital can make you obsessive :D
