how to glue the beamsplitter mirror of a IIIc/f ?

I'm currently changing the beamsplitter of my Leica IIIc using the miror sold by "nobbysparrow" on Ebay.
But I have an hesitation: which face of the mirror must be glued facing the eye of the photographer ? the glass one or the silvered one ?
