How to open Serenar 100mm

How difficult is this to open up to get to the rear element? I got one from the auction site that has a fungus problem. Am I better off just returning it for a refund?

oh, i just noticed serenar so i'm guessing the 100/4.

i don't think i ever opened that one when i had it.

It's a 100mm f/4. Another member kindly PM'ed me with instructions. Seems simple. Now I need to figure out what to use on the fungus.
