How to post high quality photos on RFF with posts

I always work with TIFF and generally use JPEG on low quality when I post online. RFF has a restriction of 195kb and 600 pixels. Everytime I adjust my images in photoshop, my output sucks and does not do justice to my files, and yet I see much better quality pics from other members. What am I doing wrong? There is so much I want to share on this forum and I feel restricted. I post on Leica Users forum and do not have the same problem. I need help!!!

You need to link to your photos rather than upload them. This way the size restriction does not affect you.

there's an html command that embeds the link in the photo, so when people click they go to the larger version of the photo.
