How to rate and meter Velvia 100F

I recently acquired 50 rolls of Velvia 100F transparency film. Way back when the ISO 50 stuff came out we used to rate it at 40 instead of 50. Is there a preferred speed to rate to ISO 100 speed?
 
Meter it incident at ISO100 for direct sun. At 80 incident for soft light with warming filter.

Have you tried Velvia100 without F? Great film for color enhancing...

If skins will be included, Astia (Sensia) is the best option...
