I recently purchased another Panasonic GF-1 body that has a faux leather covering on the body that is starting to peel and is torn in several places. Does anyone have any tips on completely removing the covering? I have no intentions on recovering the body. I simply want to restore it to it's original metal finish. Thanks, Rick

Use a hair dryer to warm the covering and peel off little by little. Do not heat too much.
Might be a good idea to remove the battery and SD card
